About Rewards and Benefits Governance:
The Rewards and Benefits Governance team: (i) Manages the intake process for all new intent (ii) Establishes requirements and ensures that all campaigns are compliant with them (iii) Maintains L2 process governance and (iv) Provides regular reporting to Sr. Leadership and other key stakeholders.
General Responsibilities:
Designing, developing, managing and leading initiatives in a complex dynamic environment, revising needs to meet changing requirements and serving as a subject matter expert
Partnering cross-functionally to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive results
Building relationships and collaborating with key stakeholders to develop strategies and/or ensure delivery of commitments
Delivering key internal consulting engagements using a variety of techniques and tools (like BPM, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma) to define, manage and improve processes.
Creating and delivering presentations to senior management. Guiding and influencing senior management discussions and decisions
Reviewing processes, platforms and technology end-to-end, through the eye of the business, customers and other key stakeholders, and introducing innovation into the ecosystem with impactful results
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office or G Suite
At least 3 years of process management or project management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
1+ years of experience in Compliance or Risk Management
5+ years of process management or project management experience
Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, Business Process Management, or certification
