Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in product design or UX.
- Experience designing across multiple platforms, and working with technical/design teams to create user flows, wireframes, and building user interface mockups and prototypes.
- Experience designing developer tools and integrating multiple tools.
- Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions).
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience working in a complex, cross-functional organization.
- 1 year of experience leading design projects.
- Experience with Conversation Design, Generative AI.
- Ability to lead and ideate products from scratch and improve features within a user-centered design process, including skills in communicating and influencing product design strategy.
