Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  

• 8–10 years of professional software engineering experience with demonstrated expertise in full-stack development.
  

• Proven track record of architecting backend services and designing high-performance systems.
  

Technical Skills

• Backend: Expertise in Node.js, Java , or similar backend frameworks. Strong experience with microservices, RESTful APIs, event-driven architectures , and OpenAPI Specification for API design and documentation.
  

• Frontend: Proficiency with React.js (or similar modern frameworks) and strong UI/UX sensibilities .
  

• Identity & Access Management: Hands-on experience with SCIM, OIDC, and OAuth2 for authentication, authorization, and identity federation.
  

• Databases: Deep knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases .
  

• Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with AWS, GCP, Azure or Private cloud as well as containerization ( Docker, Kubernetes ) and CI/CD pipelines .
  

• Security & Performance: Strong grasp of secure coding practices, scalability, and performance optimization .
  

• Version Control: Proficiency with Git
