Responsibilities:

• Drive and execute strategic GMM priorities while collaborating across different stakeholder groups to align and strengthen our value creation as a technology focused provider for all customers.
• Collaborate and develop effective working relationships cross border with other GMM teams.
• Execute global and regional operational processes for tax standards complying with legislative changes and legal developments in the Global Mobility landscape.
• Facilitate and tracking of payments and collections related to global mobility topics.
• Support in tax related projects including application of tax IDs in various countries.
• Administer required tax applications such as a certificate of coverage or registration.
• Serve as a point of contact for all GMM internal departments in any topics related to personal income tax and social security compliance.
• Manage internal projects and related activities with the focus on individual tax compliance.
• Monitor and address compliance relevant risks throughout daily operations by leveraging automation.
• Additionally, you ensure that GMM’s service delivery is not only aligned to current customer needs and the GMM IT landscape but also in line with market innovations and latest trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in (Int’l) Business Management, HR or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years in a global mobility consultant or similar role.
• Professional experience in process optimization at a global company.
• Experience developing, implementing and managing global mobility programs, including international and expatriate assignments, immigration, and cross-border tax issues.
• Experience managing and ensuring compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and social security requirements in various countries
• Experience generating reports and collecting and interpreting data related to global mobility trends and costs
• Business fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• 10% domestic travel availability
