Job Purpose : As the Contracts and Supplier Relations Specialist for the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effectiveness of LenelS2's supply chain operations. Reporting directly to the Supply Chain Manager EMEA, you will be responsible for managing contracts with suppliers, fostering strong relationships and optimizing procurement processes to enhance operational efficiency and mitigate risk.
Key Responsibilities
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers across the EMEA region.
Serve as the primary point of contact for supplier communications, addressing inquiries, issues and performance evaluations.
Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to streamline procurement operations and reduce cycle times.
Proactively assess and mitigate risks associated with supplier contracts, pricing fluctuations and supply chain disruptions.
Track and analyze supplier performance metrics, identifying areas of improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Qualifications
Proven experience in contract management, supplier relations and procurement within a multinational organization, preferably in the technology or security industry
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels
Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages spoken in the EMEA region is a plus.
Knowledge of supply chain management systems and ERP software (e.g. Oracle, ProActis, …) is desirable
