Your day to day
Prepare program plans, drive execution & delivery of projects Manage scope and milestones across project(s) to ensure completion of project(s) goals. Identify and track project interdependencies to ensure timely and successful delivery. Identify, track, prioritize, and drive resolution of project level issues, leveraging lessons learned from prior experience and work to address and mitigate systemic issues. Monitor and measure progress to ensure that the projects are on track, document accurate status of projects. Create presentations, creatives and related content. Facilitate idea brainstorming of new experiences for stakeholders. Manage events for internal and external audiences.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Scope: The project & program responsibilities are focused on internal information system-specific project tasks or non-technical project completion using an internal customer perspective, both typically from initiation through delivery.
- Develop comprehensive project plans and manage project portfolios.
- Lead and mentor project teams.
- Coordinate efforts across various teams to maintain progress and quality.
- Identify and mitigate significant project risks.
- Ensure all deliverables meet rigorous quality standards.
- Provide strategic updates to senior stakeholders.
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively.
What you need to bring
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
