What you'll do:
- Develop and Maintain Capability Maps : Lead the creation, documentation, and ongoing refinement of detailed capability maps that accurately represent the organization’s current and future state capabilities, ensuring alignment with business strategies and goals.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders : Work closely with business leaders, IT teams, and other key stakeholders to gather requirements, understand strategic objectives, and ensure the capability maps meet organizational needs and drive value.
- Analyze and Visualize Data : Utilize advanced analytical skills to interpret complex data, identify gaps and opportunities, and create clear, insightful visualizations and architecture diagrams that support strategic decision-making.
- Standardize Processes and Methodologies : Establish and promote standard methodologies, tools, and processes for capability mapping and enterprise architecture to ensure consistency, accuracy, and efficiency across the organization.
- Communicate and Educate : Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance, training, and support to teams across the organization on the use and benefits of capability maps and architecture diagrams, fostering a culture of informed decision-making.
What you'll bring:
- Technical Proficiency : Proficiency in enterprise architecture tools and methodologies, with a solid grasp of IT infrastructure, software development, and business process modeling.
- Strategic Thinking : A deep understanding of strategic business objectives and the ability to align the capability map with these goals, ensuring the architecture supports long-term success.
- Analytical Expertise : The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and identify patterns, gaps, and opportunities within the organization's capabilities.
- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders, present findings, and explain the significance of the capability maps and architecture diagrams.
- Collaborative Mindset : Strong interpersonal skills to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages input and feedback from various departments and stakeholders.

The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00-$202,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: - Stock
