As a Senior Product Manager for Tokenization, you'll be working with various customer segments, from the largest financial institutions and retail businesses to emerging startups, supporting both self-serve adoption and enterprise solutions - spearheading the growth of our tokenization product to become the industry standard.

What You'll Do

• Drive product development from ideation to launch, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, strategy, marketing, operations and legal.
• Take ownership of the product, identifying and defining goals and initiatives to impact product growth, efficiency, and stability while ensuring an exceptional user experience.
• Advocate for a user-centric approach in product design and development, balancing user needs with business objectives.
• Deliver comprehensive product requirement documents and designs, propose implementation plans, iterate based on feedback, and ensure timely product shipments.
• Establish metrics and key performance indicators to measure the success of tokenization-related products.
• Conduct in-depth product performance analysis, competitive research, and market research to maintain our product's competitive edge.

What You'll Bring

• 6+ years of Product Management experience with a proven track record of successfully delivering B2B products from conception to launch.
• Strong background in financial markets, securitization and finance in general.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to prioritize initiatives based on measured impact.
• A knack for empathizing with customers and effectively communicating their needs.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate seamlessly within cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a commitment to clarity and precision when describing use cases and features.
• A passion for user experience and a relentless drive to simplify complex subjects continuously.

Bonus Skills

• Direct experience with smart contracts and blockchain systems.
• Prior experience working in and/or with financial institutions.
