Business Resiliency Manager Responsibilities:

· Support business to develop, implement and maintain efficient Business Resiliency (BR) Plans.

· Coordinate business participation and completion of resiliency testing as required by firmwide BR standards and AWM procedures.

· Oversight of business resiliency compliance. Ensure BR Plans and tests meet all required standards.

· Identify and deliver on opportunities to strengthen resiliency and manage their remediation in partnership with the business and/or technology teams.

· Provide firm-wide and, if applicable, AWM Business Resiliency tools training to BR Plan Managers / Owners.

· Deliver BR reporting and provide support in audits or other control activities

· Manage the business response to incidents, especially for India and Philippines region. Guide stakeholders and coordinate across multiple business and functions to ensure that all necessary incident management activities (including post mortem reports) are undertaken.

Simulation and Testing Responsibilities:

· Profile, prepare data from diverse sources to support our testing efforts

· Actively engage with cross Lob teams to understand testing development details and assist in developing a testing dashboard

· Assist in developing test plans, scripts, use cases, and related data

· Review Test scripts and document results

· Complete post-testing analysis of any defects to identify root causes

· Assist in Developing end user participant testing guides

· Participate in UAT ERMA testing

· Other duties as assigned to support the Testing Team on projects and initiatives; attend meetings and participate in forums / working groups; support senior management meetings, specific region and or LOB meetings as required

Crisis Management/Governance/Training & Communication Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

· Demonstrated experience in the successful delivery of program/project initiatives

· Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills

· Proficient in English

· Strong Microsoft Office Skills

· Experience with application testing

· Strong analytical, time management and problem solving skills

· Professional industry certification is a plus, e.g. BCI/DRII.

· Strong relationship and influencing skills including the ability to interface at all levels with business, operations and technologies
