What you’ll do
Understand data requirements and challenges from reporting teams.
Analyse data needs and identify data sources & assist in the transition from legacy to standard data.
Work with Chief Data Office to register reporting attributes as Critical Data Elements.
Investigate and escalate data quality issues using Citi's IMR process.
Analyse and create data workflows to provide high quality data to regulatory reporting users.
Facilitate constructive dialogue between multiple departments at global, regional and country level at various levels of seniority to provide effective solutions to meet strategic data goals.
Liaise with Technology teams to ensure requirements mean the same for everyone on data processes and structures.
What we’ll need from you
University/College degree ideally but not limited to Finance/Accounting/ IT related.
3+ years of work experience in financial reporting, data analysis, BA in projects.
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
Advanced knowledge of Excel; some experience with advanced data integration/transformation workflow tools like KNIME, Some experience with Project Management/ Team collaboration softwares (like JIRA, Confluence) is welcome
Technology aptitude: you will have to co-operate with Technology staff, we need you to speak their language.
