Executive – HRBP
HR Generalist with strong reporting / data analytical skills.
Your key responsibilities
- The candidate would be responsible for all BaU metrics & overall operations including overseeing responsibility of core SL functions.
- Should be fundamentally strong in all functions & concepts of HR.
- Will be responsible to manage the complete employee life cycle for the employees.
- Work back with Leadership on strategic planning, talent management, employee engagement & other key HR initiatives.

To qualify for the role, you must have
- MBA in HR from a premium B-school (preferably)
- 2-5 years of experience in HR Business Partnering
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Strong communication, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership skills
