- 10 + years of strong hands-on experience in technical consulting and experience with at least one Programming language such as Java, Python , C# with solid foundations in OOAD and system design
- Past experience of independently leading a team that delivers working software systems consisting of multiple features spanning the full software lifecycle including design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance strategy.
- Expertise in at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), with hands-on experience in designing and deploying cloud-native solutions.
- Knowledge of professional software engineering & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including innovative engineering practices with GenAI and Agentic AI, code reviews, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Experience on building Distributed Cloud Native platforms leveraging various System design patterns including Event Driven Architecture, Rate levelling, Event streaming , CQRS and others.

- Hands-on experience with AI/ML integration, including use of foundational models or building intelligent features.
- Hands-on front-end development experience using modern frameworks such as Angular 6.0+, React, or Vue.js.
- Background in product discovery methods like design thinking or event storming.
- Participation in pre-sales, RFPs, or shaping solution architectures for new client opportunities.
