- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting, or media.
- Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
- 3 year experience in advertising, media account management, and achieving quotas to manage growth.
- Ability to assess and solve client needs through effective questioning, objection handling and engaged promoting.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work separately or in a team, with attention to detail.
- Ability to use problem-solving skills to leverage data to uncover insights to support proposals and analyze impact.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
