Strategizeand prioritize features and functionalities within the work stream based on overarching business objectives, customer needs, and strategic goals.
Establish and communicatea clear vision for Customer Self-Service for B2B within the program development lifecycle.
Deliver and approveuser stories and acceptance criteria for sprint planning and execution, ensuring alignment with product vision and business priorities.
Manage and resolveinternal dependencies within the stream and provide updates on cross-stream dependencies to key stakeholders.
Leadthe development process and oversee the delivery of value within the specific workstream area, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
Partnerwith IT Product Management to create and finalize end-to-end requirements for the IT team, aligning with Product Owners on specific topics related to the Customer Self-Service for ATLAS.
Make strategic decisionson features and functionality, including their prioritization, based on business value and technical viability.
Ensurethat the product meets all business objectives, including initial deal, renewal, decommission, and change management.
Facilitate effective communicationand alignment with various stakeholders, including vertical streams and IT, to achieve common goals and drive enterprise-wide success.
What you bring :
Demonstrated experience in product development, enterprise architecture, and product/project management across various domains.
Experience as a Product Owner, including UX research, discovery interviews, and positioning products for cloud transformation.
Experience in SAP BTP
Experience in leading workstreams and managing projects, including resource allocation and timeline management.
Knowledge of enterprise architecture principles and experience in cloud transformation topics.
Proven ability to make strategic decisions, especially in technical evaluations of cloud solutions and services.
A strong understanding of software development and cloud technologies is a benefit.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships at all levels and the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders.
Experience with Agile practices and frameworks, such as Kanban and SAFe.
Experience in gathering requirements from customers and partners, and providing demos and presentations.
Proficiency in design thinking sessions and proposing innovative ideas.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of reducing technical debts and manual efforts.
