Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Experience would be obtained through a combination of prior education level classes, and current level school classes, projects, research and relevant previous job and/or internship experience.Active student of Industrial Engineering, Industrial Production, or related engineering field (Remain as an active student for at least 1 year).- 6+ months of experience in Data analytics (using Excel or other Statistical software package).- Open to work from 36 to 45 hours weekly.- Intermediate to advanced English Level.- Unrestricted Costa Rica work permit.Preferred Qualifications:Preferred Qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates:- Experience in data extraction, analytics, report out using Power BI, Phyton, other analytical tools.- Project management skills.- Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma knowledge.
