Your Impact in Role

Your impact at Uber is critical to the future of the Acquisition Sales team.

  • Hire, coach, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of sales professionals; provide comprehensive leadership and managerial support, building a culture that upholds Uber values.
  • Regularly monitor progress and analyze sales metrics to assess performance against goals. Communicate the findings to Field Sales Representatives and cross-functional teams; contribute to leadership-facing reporting.
  • Proactively identify areas that require improvement , including optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of teams by streamlining workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing strategies to drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead our Field Sales Representatives with both short and long-term market goals in mind, ensuring the alignment with the broader Uber Eats Taiwan strategy.
  • Facilitate productive communication and collaboration with Merchant Strategy, Account Management, Delivery Commercial Operations and other cross-functional teams to improve systems, processes, and programs.

The Experience You'll Need

  • Proven Sales Experience: A minimum of 6 years of experience in sales, with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Leadership and Management : Experience in managing and/or mentoring sales representatives, with strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Analytical Skills : Strong ability to analyze sales data, identify performance trends, and develop data-driven strategies to improve performance and drive growth.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information and build relationships with restaurants and team members.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in other large consumer-facing internet companies, especially in similar B2B sales and field sales management roles.
  • In depth understanding of Taiwan’s restaurant landscape is a plus.
