and the Salesforce platform. You will architect and implement GenAI-poweredinnovation across our most complex client engagements.
This role blends technical depth, executive engagement, and visionary thinking to
- Design and implement AI-powered intelligent agents using Agentforce &
orchestration frameworks.
- Design secure, scalable data architectures to support GenAI workflows.
- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, Snowflake, or Databricks is a strong plus
(but not mandatory).
- Partner with AEs and SEs to shape solution strategy during pre-sales and
- Lead client workshops, architecture reviews, and stakeholder enablement.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout delivery and beyond.
- 8+ years in customer-facing technical roles across AI, CRM, or Data Architecture.
- Experience implementing LLM-based solutions with orchestration and prompt- Proven ability to engage C-level stakeholders and lead strategic technical- Strong communication and visualization skills (whiteboarding, solution
storytelling, executive briefings).
- Salesforce certifications: AIAssociate/Specialist,Data Cloud Consultant.BigQuery, Databricks).
- Experience working with AI model observability, RAG architectures, and prompt
- Strategic + Tactical: You see the big picture and build with precision.
