Job Responsibilities
- Identifying and meeting with prospective clients
- Developing and refining client business cases (typically co-created with client teams)
- Prioritizing most promising new business opportunities
- Understanding and channeling market feedback on potential new products, features, and/or services
- Collaborating with broader Onyx and JPM teams to deliver seamlessly for clients
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 4+ years of experience in banking, finance, or related fields with exposure in payments system/fintech sales
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting of other related disciplines
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong commercial acumen, including demonstrated ability to deal with senior clients and their teams
- Facility with numerical and quantitative tasks, especially related to building/estimating client business cases
- Strong understanding of global banking and payments products and services
- Team-player mentality
- Growth mindset
