WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Project Oversight: Oversee IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• Revise and update existing programs and provide required documentation. Facilitates the service lifecycle and product lifecycle.
• Participate in de-escalation activities
• For Delivery, acts as a technology expert.
• For Operation, acts as a cross-functional technology expert.
• Provide technical expertise and support to the Managed Service Provider (MSP).
• Documentation and Reporting: Ensure all project documentation is accurate, and up to date. Maintain comprehensive records of project activities and decisions.
• communicates relevant messages in a timely manner and with constructive feedback to colleagues & managers.
• Contribute to the definition of technical standards and frameworks.
• Facilitate agile engagement with the business.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Education: Any regular full time bachelor’s degree / Master’s degree
• Proficiency in understanding end-user devices functionality and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in client Windows, Mac, IOS, etc. operating systems
• Experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation.
• Moderate IT backend technology experience.
• Proven experience in IT project management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects using project management tools.
• Experience in managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders andcross-functional teams.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proven skills in deliveringquality standards and ensure these standards are met through regular testing and validation processes
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.

IE CS APJ team is based in India, Singapore, and SEA countries.You will get exposure to work with all these colleagues from different backgrounds. This is a highly performing team with excellent customer focus.
