Description
You will be ready to coordinate and plan multi-quarter initiatives and develop the Analytics QA Engineering Roadmap. You will drive the vision of the Analytics and Data quality team to deliver high quality product as a service and proactively identify areas for optimization as it relates to: QA integration into development processes, communication and automation.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience leading a SQA or Software Development team
- Experience managing projects and processes cross-functionally
- Comfortable working in a continually changing and dynamic environment and driving top issues to resolution
- Proven track record of attracting, hiring, motivating and develop the best quality-minded individuals
- Excellent cross-functional communication and influencing skills
- In-depth knowledge and experience on Test Automation planning, execution, and triage for projects on client to server.
- Excellent presentation skills, distilling complex analysis and concepts into concise business-focused takeaways
- Experience leading distributed teams across cultures, geography and timezones
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in one or more of the following technologies: Hadoop ecosystem, Kafka, Cassandra, Spark, SQL, Java, Python
- Have data-driven testing experience
- Understand CI/CD
- Have AIML experience
