Your role:

This is a BG level role either located within a local GBS Hub and primarily responsible for assuring the creation and maintenance of all FCO Headers within theservice system, throughout the duration of each FCO. This role will perform manage a team responsible for the following activities

• Creating the FCO Header inservice system
• Creating the UAL Lines and CAL Lines on the FCO Headerin systemfor new and revised UALs.
• Ensuring the FCO Header withinsystemhas all Norms and Parts information loaded.
• Loading all FCO related Knowledge is loaded into Knowledge Management System.
• Creation of FCO Kit Bill of Material insystem.
• Maintaining the lifecycle changes of the FCO on the FCO Header.
• Monitoring FCO process and drive completion to achieve quality requirement
• Keep smooth communication with quality and service team.

You're the right fit if:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Experience: More than 5 years of experience in customer service field, medical industry preferred.
• Service and customer orientation innovated Mindset.
• Experience executing process improvement projects with cross functional groups
