Your responsibilities will be to:
Prepare weekly/monthly production plans based on customer orders, forecasts, and inventory levels
Conduct short and medium-term production capacity planning
Create, monitor, and revise production orders in the ERP system
Analyze material and component requirements and coordinate with the material planning team
Develop balanced production schedules considering line capacity, workforce, and equipment constraints
Continuously monitors the progress of the daily production plan and ensures ongoing productions are in accordance with the plan
Lead improvement initiatives to enhance inventory turnover and production efficiency
Collaborate closely with supply chain, quality, and maintenance teams
Prepare KPI reports (such as service level, plan adherence, production efficiency) and present them to management
Plans and controls the materials for which she/he is responsible
To manage inventory at customer consignment warehouses
Communicate material requriments to suppliers based on production plans
To inform customer or production of any changings in delivery,quantity or shipments
Our requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields
Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning within the automotive industry
Preferably experienced in machining and assembly processes
Proficiency in using ERP systems
Strong command of MS Excel, VBA and preferably Power BI tools
Macro knowledge is preferable
Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and strong communication abilities
Strong English skills, both written and spoken
Team-oriented, solution-focused, and result-driven
