Your key responsibilities

  • Organize client visits, events, and group activities, ensuring smooth execution through effective project management.
  • Act as a primary contact for senior leadership, delivering prompt and reliable support.
  • Provide high-level customer service and coordinate internal and external requests.
  • Foster relationships with internal teams and clients to facilitate collaboration and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Deliver clear, professional communication tailored to various stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to internal processes, policies, and business goals.
  • Maintain office logistics, including supply orders and communication platforms.
  • Manage travel arrangements, calendars, expense reports, and meetings.

Skills and attributes for success

  • English level B2/C1
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Forms).
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proven experience supporting senior leadership in a corporate setting.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
