Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
  • OR equivalent experience.
• Experience working with partner teams (internal and/or external) and across team boundaries to get things done.

• Define and implement QoS and SLA metrics for platforms and services that you will own.
• Stellar cross group collaboration, able to drive decisive action in partnership with others in a large & diverse organization and deliver results that depend on other divisions and partners.
• Excellent communication skills, strong leadership and influencing skills.Ability to work independently in highly ambiguous environments, with both technical and business groups.
