Como Clinical Support Specialist II serás responsable de la comunicación y el soporte clínico a clientes externos e internos. El proceso incluye la interacción y comunicación con ortodoncistas en práctica privada y coordinadores de tratamiento relacionados con problemas específicos de casos, calidad de ClinCheck y resolución de problemas. El enfoque estará en el soporte clínico, así como en la resolución de problemas clínicos para los clientes. Además, otras tareas incluirán apoyo con las necesidades diarias de eventos educativos, programas universitarios e investigaciones.
Key Responsibilities
Principales responsabilidades
- Proporcionar soporte clínico a ortodoncistas y dentistas generales en las áreas de evaluación de casos, prescripciones, soporte de ClinCheck y resolución de problemas clínicos, principalmente para doctores.
- Investigar y analizar consultas y quejas de clientes relacionadas con lo clínico.
- Asegurar un soporte clínico oportuno a las necesidades de los clientes, ya sea de forma remota o en persona.
- Apoyar actividades educativas clínicas, que incluyen: eventos en vivo y en línea, coordinación con ponentes clínicos, presentación de contenido clínico, congresos, coordinación con ponentes clínicos y presentación de contenidos clínicos.
- Tener una personalidad profesional, extrovertida, positiva y paciente.
- Ser capaz de manejar múltiples tareas y manejar situaciones estresantes mientras se ofrece un servicio de alta calidad.
- Participar en proyectos especiales y/o formación cuando se solicite, así como en esfuerzos proactivos del equipo e individuales para lograr los objetivos del departamento y de la empresa.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Perfil que buscamos:
- Licenciado en Odontología con especialización en Ortodoncia (indispensable);
- Mínimo de 2 años de experiencia en relaciones con clientes, idealmente en áreas relacionadas con la odontología.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar a tiempo completo, de lunes a viernes, en horario normal de trabajo y disponibilidad para viajar.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita
- Planificar y llevar a cabo la formación de forma didáctica
- Buen conocimiento de las operaciones informáticas básicas y de las herramientas de Microsoft Office
- Inglés avanzado
- El candidato ideal posee sólidas habilidades de comunicación interpersonal, auditiva y persuasiva para brindar el mejor asesoramiento a nuestros clientes. Excelentes habilidades multitarea y de resolución de problemas. Además, de ser un profesional dinámico con interés en la Odontología Digital, proactivo y con facilidad de aprendizaje.
