Key job responsibilities
- Deliver Results: identify strong prospects and form successful commercial relationships with them.
- You identify and plan new targets and map stakeholders
- You effectively initiate and qualify your leads
- You build a trusting relationship with key partners and stakeholders- Cross-functional collaboration: Relay market needs and requirements back to internal Amazon teams including Product Management and Technical
- Dive deep: Measure performance, articulate root-cause analysis, and link to specific improvement areas
- Invent and Simplify: Analyze current purchasing processes and evaluate opportunities for solutions to improve end user experiences, reduce costs, and accelerate organization performance
A day in the life
You are the ideal candidate if:
- You have prior experience in working with building managers, building owners and housing associations
- You are a self-starter, and can juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic, and often highly ambiguous environment;
- You have extensive experience developing relationships with external partners as well as with internal stakeholders such as Operations, Procurement, Finance, Legal, Product and Tax;
- You are able to communicate with senior leaders in a clear, concise and structured manner - particularly in written form;
- You can easily shift from thinking to rolling up your sleeves and executing, in order to deliver result.
German speaking is a requirement
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Extensive experience in business development, account management, ideally in the Prop Tech sector;
- Demonstrated ability in managing commercial relationships with mid to large partners
- Demonstrated ability to operate in a high-energy, fast-paced environment;
- Strong ownership, bias for action
- Excellent communications skills and the ability to effectively advise senior leadership
- Ability to prioritize and demonstrate relentless discipline in achieving goals
- Minimum C1 English + German is a MUST
- Solid experience in business development
- Ability to take decision based on data.
• Experience in working with property owners/companies, property manager or housing associations.
• Italian language skills
