We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager with a strong background in B2B marketing, particularly within the cybersecurity and DevOps sectors.
You will be responsible for developing and executing our affiliate marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. This role will involve building, developing, and managing our affiliate marketing program in EMEA, creating strategic partnerships with affiliates, and driving growth through effective affiliate relationships.


As an Affiliate Marketing Manager at JFrog you will:

  • Develop and implement an affiliate marketing strategy to achieve growth targets.
  • Manage relationships with affiliate partners to expand our reach and drive qualified traffic.
  • Identify, recruit, onboard, new affiliates through web searches, networking, and industry events.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align affiliate marketing initiatives with broader marketing and business objectives.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in affiliate marketing and recommend new opportunities for innovation and growth.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts and commission structures with affiliates.
  • Provide ongoing support and communication to affiliates to maximize their performance.
  • Develop and execute affiliate marketing campaigns that align with the company’s overall marketing strategy.
  • Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, optimizing campaigns for ROI and scalability.
  • Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics and KPIs to measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports for senior management.

To be an Affiliate Marketing Manager at JFrog you need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably within the B2B sector.
  • Proven experience as an Affiliate Marketing Manager or similar role in a technology company, preferably in the software/security industry.
  • Proven track record in DevOps/DevSecOps marketing (preferred).
  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience in affiliate marketing networks and platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g. Marketo, Salesforce, PartnerStack, Post Affiliate Pro).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of PPC and content marketing strategies.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strategic and proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Creative, organized, and collaborative team player.
