Hybrid Roles:
The Technology Leadership Development Program is an initiative designed to develop senior students into future IT leaders.
Activities in the program include:
- Rotational Assignments : TLDPs work in different IT roles, presenting value-added work after each rotation.
- Training and Development : Participants engage in various training sessions, including emotional intelligence, presentation skills, and agile techniques.
- Networking and Mentorship : TLDPs are paired with IT Directors for mentorship, providing insights into leadership styles and career guidance.
- Team Building and Social Events : Regular team bonding activities, such as coffee chats and happy hours, are organized to foster a collaborative environment.
Some of the technical skills that can be developed in the TLDP program include:
- Programming Languages : JavaScript, Java, Python, Swift, SwiftUI, R, SQL.
- Automation: This includes tasks such as automated testing, deploying cloud services automatically, and various other automation processes.
- Data Engineering : Working with data analytics, data governance, and data engineering projects
- AI Engineering : Involvement in AI engineering roles and projects
These skills are developed through hands-on experience in various technical roles and projects, ensuring that participants gain practical knowledge and expertise in their field.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 70% of bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Sciences and related.
- Currently enrolled in the university
- English Level: 90%.
- Available for 3-6 month internship.
- Availability of 38-40 hours per week for internships, hybrid mode.
