  • The Senior Accounting Manager provides critical leadership, coaching and development to a talented team across the Finance department. Responsibilities include managing general controllership functions including accounts receivable, accounts payable, prepaids, fixed assets, accruals, leases, etc. to executing the Firm’s accounting procedures and best practices. The Senior Accounting Manager provides leadership, motivation, development and structure to the accounting operations team and critical input the Director of Accounting Operations and other senior members of the Finance team.

Other Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in accounting

  • Bachelor’s Degree with a concentration in accounting or accounting information systems

  • Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred

  • Must be able to obtain FINRA SIE and Series 99 licenses

  • Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Base Salary: $135,000 - 155,000

Balance Sheets, Decision Making, Finance, Financial Reporting and Analysis, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Management Reporting, Tax AnalysisAccounting, Budgeting, Effective Communications, Internal Controls, Sarbanes-Oxley ComplianceRoles at this level typically require a university / college degree. Higher level education such as a Masters degree, PhD, or certifications is desirable. Industry experience is typically 8+ years. At least 5 years of prior management experience is typically required.
