In this role, you will be part ofour IGT Operational Material Management group supporting the Imaging Components factory in Best. As Operational Buyer you will report to the Manager Planning and Inventory and become part of the team (3 FTE) managing the complete Supply Chain of our anti-scatter grids.
Your role:
Ensuring the short, mid-term and long term component availability for production of Grids
Organizing the order management activities related to internal and external orders
Managing the supply chain for our Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and internal customers to secure timely and complete delivery
Backing-up of your team members during their absence
Initiating and executing improvements towards the supply chain to improve costs effectiveness and operational KPI's
Making sure Supply Chain is compliant and adheres to applicable regulations
Please note: this position is for 32 hrs/week (part-time)
You're the right fit if:
You have 2-5 years experience in similar (process industry) supply chains
Experience in operational procurement and/or working with suppliers
Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
Proficiency with ERP systems & MS Office
You have a customer first mindset and good communication skills
You have good analytical skills
You are a team player with can-do mindset and proactive attitude
Proficiency with SAP & Ariba-guided buying is a plus
