Your role and responsibilities
- Responsible for managing Product Development & Support team
- Responsible for P&L of multiple accounts
- Supervise delivery and support projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
Required education
Bachelor's Degree

Master's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise
- Minimum 12+ years of experience in customer facing role
- Solid understanding of project management and experience in waterfall and agile methodologies
- Ability to hire, mentor and retain high performers
- Expertise to supervise delivery and support projects
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
