As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our “Servers Protection” offering within the EPM product. You will be responsible for the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring that our solution meet the highest standards of quality and performance. you will work with cross functional teams to ensure the success of the product in terms of customer adoption, customer satisfaction, revenue growth and market dominance. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, customer-centricity, technical and business acumen.
We are looking for Product Managers that are great at:
- Owning the product roadmap from concept and design to execution and release; define Product and Service requirements and specifications; making priority decisions
- Building and launching successful enterprise class SaaS products throughout the entire product lifecycle - collect customers’ feedback & needs, provide requirements, prioritize features and work closely with engineering group’s Product Owners, UX and GTM team to deliver the roadmap
- Building a GTM (Go-to-Market) plan together with the Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and other relevant stakeholders
- Collaborating in a cross-functional environment, partnering up with other Product Managers, R&D and other departmental leaders to align and execute product strategies
- Collaborating with sales, professional services, business development, product marketing, and other stakeholders daily to ensure the success of product development, adoption, revenue, customers’ satisfaction and that goals are met.
- Engaging with customers & partners, understanding their use cases, challenges, requirements and expectations
- Continuously analyze customers’ needs, industry trends and competitive information by performing product and market research on the on-going basis, methodically discovering most important incremental improvements, and identifying new opportunities.
- Learning fast new technologically complex domains, thriving in a dynamic environment, able to quickly adapt & adjust to changing demands
- Acting as the primary point of contact for customer-facing activities, including demos, training, and support.
