Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the HR Senior Director in partnering with the business to execute the People Strategy at cluster level;
  • Act as point of contact for leaders and employees on all relevant People matters;
  • Lead the execution of Global & market initiatives/ projects as per the EMC People Strategy plan and calendar;
  • Embed and enable People Development tools and concepts such as MYBEST, Talent Profiles and learning programs;
  • Create, review and ensure all HR policies and process are relevant and in line with local regulations, Global policies and enable a winning culture in KSA;
  • Provide coaching to employees and leaders; articulate and present HR concepts and tools to groups of employees, encouraging and supporting an employee-oriented high performance culture;
  • Partner with leaders in structuring and developing their respective teams and support agreed action plans;
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team on recruitment process of all positions within area of responsibility;
  • Manage mobility of new international hires in alignment with the Rewards team and the global policies and processes;
  • Collaborate with the Rewards team in all employee compensation & benefits matters including Insurance management and renewals;
  • Lead and ensure the execution of employee engagement initiatives in KSA.

Requisite Education and Experience:

  • University degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of 8 years progressive work experience in the generalist field of HR. 2 years minimum on Managerial Level (preferably in an international organization) in KSA
  • Multiple project handling experience
  • English and Arabic fluent (written and oral)
  • MS-Office skills, SAP experience is a plus
