15 years of experience in the advertising technology field, including 10 years of team/people management and advertising data and measurement experience.
Experience in sales coaching of both sales managers and sellers, and leading an organization through your direct report managers.
Experience in delivering tangible business outcomes, including customer return on investment.
Experience developing customer-centric value propositions for both internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with advanced media effectiveness methodologies, including Marketing Mix Modeling (MMMs), multi-touch attribution, and incrementality testing/experimentation.
Experience driving change with senior stakeholders, within your own organization, adjacent internal teams, and client organizations.
Proven success as a people manager with ability to build a high-performing sales team and a solid and inclusive team culture, while actively developing high-potential talent.
Proven commercial success in relevant industries such as media sales, technology sales, agency or client-side sales leadership roles.
