Your Role and Responsibilities

IBM Db2® Analytics Accelerator is a high-performance component tightly integrated with Db2 for z/OS. It provides a hybrid transaction and analytic processing (HTAP) environment and delivers high-speed processing for complex Db2 queries to support business-critical reporting and analytic workloads.
We are looking for a seasoned professional who is passionate about building high quality software.As a full stack engineer you will be responsible for designing, writing and testing high-quality code, solving complex challenges.

Responsible for development/ maintenance/ support of the product through the full systems development lifecycle.
Lead the design and implementation of new product features and enhancements
Ensure that programs and code meet security standards and comply with corporate policies.
Work with the business stakeholders to understand the priorities and work towards the execution.
Responsible for providing solutions for technical issues which may affect product delivery.
Troubleshooting and debugging customer issues.
Participate in the planning, creation and execution of automated test cases and load/performance testing.
Conduct peer reviews and provide feedback, and enhance frameworks.
Using coding standards and best practices to ensure quality.
Create/maintain technical documentation.
Maintain a high level of proficiency and contribute to the technical skills growth of other team members.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

10 years experience in Java development and design.
Experience with Linux, Unix, Shellscript
Hands on experience in handling, debugging customer issues.
Good analytical and problem resolution skills
Experience working with database technologies – Db2.
Expereince in Z/Mainframe technology
CI/CD knowledge
B.Tech/ B.E. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
Proven working experience in an agile software development environment.
Self-starter, organised with self-learning skills, ability to work independently.
Passion for delivering results in high quality standards.
Ability to communicate effectively

Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Passion to learn and continuously grow.
