Job Description:
Deliver on-time, full-scope, high-quality product releases in a predictable, repeatable, and sustainable manner
Drive Agile maturity and standardization across the development organization leading to improvements in system performance, development velocity, defect prevention, automation, and overall effectiveness in supporting the SDLC.
Manage business expectations and scope throughout the project lifecycle by consistently communicating clearly and leading stakeholder meetings as necessary Partners with product management, Quality Engineering and program management to ensure that all activities occur in a timely fashion and to the level of quality demanded by the business requirements negotiates, leverages and manages internal and external/onshore and offshore resources to deliver excellence efficiently and with a cost-effective model.
Establish work plan and staffing for project, and arranges for recruitment or assignment of project personnel to meet target dates and milestones
Skill Sets:
2. Mandatory skills
a. Minimum 7 years of experience in hands on Embedded product development - multi-disciplinary project experience and leading such type of project will be valued; Must be familiar with Hardware development life cycle
b. Experience on MPP creation, tracking and status reporting
c. Minimum 2 years of experience in managing development teams and leading end to end product deliveries using Agile framework
e. Proven record for problem resolution and successful completion of complex projects on time
f. Excellent logical reasoning and analytical skills Demonstrated professional writing/communication skills
g. Strong organization, interpersonal, and management skills
h. Experienced with estimation, project planning, risk management, planning, scheduling, stakeholders’ coordination & project quality assurance
i. Must be able to handle Sr. Leadership reviews by presenting program’s Technical update or communicating the information asked for
3. Optional skills
a. Certified AGILE SCRUM Master
b. Embedded Product development and any relevant certification
c. PMP ® or any similar certification will be given additional weightage
d. Experience in CI/CD tools
