As a Software Development Engineer in Test Senior Lead, you will be responsible for:

• Leading and mentoring a team of SDETs tasked with verification of multiple applications or program deliverables
• Contributing to test strategies and test plans to ensure comprehensive coverage replicating production scenarios
• Ongoing review of application specifications and designs to confirm completeness and accuracy of test plans and test cases
• Doing effective automation of tests and their maintenance and management
• Ongoing efforts to improve test frameworks, automation, as well as its reliability and runtime

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have at least 6.5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field
• Understand testing of Distributed Systems composed of microservices
• Understand web application structure and essential underpinnings of how the Internet works (DNS, HTTP)
• Have experience with both UI and API testing
• Have demonstrated experience in developing test automation in either Python or Java
• Communicate clearly, create clarity, and have robust interpersonal skills. Enjoy leading a team.
• Experience with working in an Agile environment utilizing the Atlassian suite of tools, including Jira and Zephyr
• Be familiar with Performance testing including load, stress, and scalability
