Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Candidates will typically have 5 years of experience in bid or project management/program management in a matrixed environment involving cross-functional stakeholders across EMEA.
- Typically 5 years of experience in proposal writing, copywriting, or other creative writing (marketing, internals communications, etc.).
- Experience developing, managing, and winning proposals within the Public Sector.
Preferred qualifications:
- Project Management Certification and/or APMP qualification.
- Experience with national and regional government procurement processes, contract vehicles, and frameworks in Europe (Germany).
- Experience with RFPIO or other standard proposal automation platform tool.
- Experience with technical writing.
- Ability to identify, collect, and analyze relevant data to help drive informed decisions.
- Ability to communicate in German and/or Italian fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
