Based in Paris,you will be part of the Paris key city and French territory marketing team. This team will be accountable for:
Bringing our Consumer Fields of Play to life in the city through key relationships with the faces (individuals and communities) & places that matter most to dimensionalize Running, Fitness, Football, and Lifestyle, leveraging our on-the-ground connectivity to youth, sport & culture
Amplifying our Concept Map through complementary executions on the ground that build off Global-Geo campaigns, eg through pinnacle activations
Ensuring our Nike Sport Marketplace on the ground in France, and especially in Paris, shows up as pinnacle and sharply connected to our Field of Play visions
Fuelling our global engine with sharp, relevant consumer insights that can scale
Specialist I, Retail Marketing, VMS, Paris/Franceyou will be part of the Paris/France Retail Marketing function, reporting directly to theManager, Retail Marketing, VMS Paris/FranceIn this role core duties will include:
Executing seasonal and daily VM & Styling ethos and approach across the Nike Sport Marketplace in France to drive inspiration whilst serving the business.
Obsessing the consumer & member journey through store and making sure our Nike Fleets inspire the Paris consumer in a meaningful way.
Partnering with and educating our store based VMS teams to be able to drive the best store experience every day and maintain our standards..
In this role you will work fluidly across the full Paris/France marketing team, and working with cross-functional marketing partners to bring your vision to life for our consumers in the city. You will work closely with the Nike Direct team, at Paris/France and EMEA level, and you will also work closely with the EMEA VMS team to stay abreast of latest strategies and help share best practices.
You will report directly into the Manager, Retail Marketing, VMS Paris/France
A successful candidate will be expected to clearly demonstrate and articulate experience of the below essential requirements in order to be considered. Candidates that meet these criteria will then be assessed based on the competencies also outlined below.
Essential requirements:
A passion for retail excellence and for the Nike brand
Experience in Visual Merchandising with a strong focus on retail and digital marketing.
Prior experience in Retail and/or Styling.
A demonstrable understanding of the Paris consumer , the city and Nike’s position within it, with a track record of making strategic marketing decisions within this environment.
A desire & willingness to adapt in an agile fashion to our consumers’ and organisation’s needs to deepen our relationships with members
Interpersonal skills to help cultivate relationships and work with cross-functional teams.
Excellent oral and written communication skills both in French and English
