Possessing a deep understanding of AWS products and services, as a Delivery Consultant you will be proficient in architecting complex, scalable, and secure solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of each customer. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, assess current infrastructure, and propose effective migration strategies to AWS. As trusted advisors to our customers, providing guidance on industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative solutions, you will be responsible for leading the implementation process, ensuring adherence to best practices, optimizing performance, and managing risks throughout the project.This is a customer facing role. You will be required to travel to UK client locations (3-4 days on customer site per week) to deliver professional services to our customers.UK Government Security Clearance is required for this role (https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/united-kingdom-security-vetting-clearance-levels) UK Nationality is required for this roleKey job responsibilities
Solutions — You like working with customers to solve problems and identify opportunities. You’ll define and deliver on-site technical engagements with partners and customers. This includes understanding customer security and compliance requirements, proposing and delivering packaged security offerings, and helping to build bespoke security solutions to fit customers’ needs.Delivery — As a consultant you will often go on-site to customers to deliver projects proving the use of AWS services and security technology to support information security in the cloud. Sometimes you might help migrate existing applications; sometimes you might help them develop new applications using AWS cloud services.

- Experience as a technical consultant, in combination with Agile delivery experience (Certified Scrum Master preferred but not required).
- AWS experience, with a minimum of an associate AWS certification.
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) is preferred.
- Strong presentation and knowledge sharing skills, using whiteboards and other tools, with the ability to work effectively across internal and external organisations.
- Experience with modern application architecture and software design, including a working knowledge of software development tools and methodologies.
