Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience with manufacturing, supply chain management, or fulfillment planning and execution in a new product introduction (NPI) role.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, Operations Engineering or other relevant field.
- Experience in multiple aspects of hardware operations.
- Knowledge about typical hardware BOMs, process documentation and assembly and test processes.
- Excellent communication with project requirements and schedules.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, quantitative reasoning, problem-solving, and strategic skills.
