Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Cooperate closely with the business and project managers to understand business needs and translate them into end-to-end delivery of appropriate technology solutions;

  • Accelerate execution and value realization in markets through applying technical expertise in specific value areas (Data & Analytics, or Customer Engagement, or Automation & Compliance);

  • Manage stakeholder relationships and act as a single point of contact to identify service needs, plan service delivery and drive use of proactive service/support mechanisms to ensure effective use;

  • Enable delivery of product releases, requirements, design, development, market localizations, testing, integration & evolution;

  • Provide compliance consultancy regarding the practical application of the Global/Regional Policies and Product compliance controls;

  • Identify opportunities for process simplification using automation and collaborate with colleagues to implement across the business;

  • Translate commercial requirements into Automation/Digital solutions;

  • Provide technical guidance including authoring or review of Automation Requirement;

  • Share relevant feedback with product manager and other key stakeholders;

Qualifications Required:

  • Proven experience in Consulting, Technical Advice, Stakeholder Relationships, Requirements Management, Acceptance Testing, Emerging Technologies, Project Management, Solution Architecture, Product Management, User Experience (UX) Design;

  • Have participated in, or be familiar with, Agile (Scrum) project methodology and practices;

  • Motivated team player with excellent interpersonal skills;

  • Foster collaboration: actively collaborates and shares knowledge across business and IT;

  • Ability to self-learn and develop business and technical knowledge quickly and apply these to business problems;

  • Solid domain knowledge in areas such as Commercial and Marketing & Sales;

  • Have experience or be familiar with Veeva CRM, Salesforce.com, Workfront, WordPress VIP, Google Analytics solutions;

  • Spanish & English fluency required, along with excellent English written and verbal communications skills

  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability;

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to serve as a single point of contact and demonstrate an understanding to identify service needs.
