Primary Responsibilities
- Execute and manage RBO process & provide administrative support to the store.
- Analyze and report the business performance of store. Use the information to translate into actionable plans to improve business.
- Identify Opportunities and Risks in the business in-season against plan and provide actionable recommendations to improve results
- Provide fact-based product input and feedback for internal/external stakeholders (Pre and Post Season input will be needed.)
- Monitor replenishment forecasts / orders and provide guidance to the Retail Buying and Retail Operations teams
- To support and follow up on end of season stocks management - Product Life Cycle (PLC). Fulfilment of product/marketing introduction deadlines/capacity planning.
- Coordinate all Store Openings/Closings/ Remodels as the single point of contact for all other departments within market
Compliances
- To observe both global and local policies and procedures in all dealings.
- Support Country and SEA changes and directions
- Perform other tasks as may be assigned from time to time
Professional background/ Experience
Functional:Minimum 2 years in Retail Operations; Strong understanding of Retail Math and the ability to interpret sell through data to recommend changes that positively impacts the business.
Industry:Preferably in apparel/ fashion/ FW or FMCG Retail
