Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, or equivalent practical experience
- 7 years of experience in technical support, professional services, software development, or product operations management
- Experience reading or debugging code (Java, C, C++, .NET, Python, Shell, Perl, JavaScript)
- Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin Chinese fluently
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with business-to-business enterprise-grade support
- Experience as a system/network administrator working with Linux/Unix or other operating systems from Kernel to Shell, file systems, and client-server protocols
- Experience with any of the following IaaS solutions: Kubernetes, system virtualization, on-premise and/or hybrid cloud computing, cloud identity and security system, cloud monitoring and logging, local and cloud storage
- Experience with any of the following cloud storage solutions: SQL database administration, Google App Engine, open source software communities, cloud networking solutions, distributed computing technology
- Knowledge of basic web technologies and networking fundamentals
