• Responsible for leading cross functional projects, programs, and releases to bring software offerings to the market.
• Work with the engineering teams, product management teams, and designers across business functions to develop and execute scope and schedule of the solutions.
• Responsible for putting together risk mitigation plans, identifying & managing dependencies, escalation of issues, closely managing scope and schedule and reporting status.
• Responsible to get various software release approvals including Product export classification, Product license, Open-Source license, Globalization, Accessibility etc.,
• Being proactive and have growth mindset of addressing complex issues. Work with leadership to identify and improve process efficiency.
• Manage and lead initiatives involving multiple functions across a portfolio of project teams to drive the engineering development and execution process for as a service offering and solutions.
• Manage the release schedules, critical deliverables, key milestones, and other key requirements for successful delivery.
• Drive innovation and adoption of new technologies for process optimization.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 6+ years of total experience with Technical Background in IT Industry
• 2+ years of experience as a Release or Delivery Manager
• Extensive experience using project planning tools to create, manage, and track project results.
• Ability to handle Multiple deliveries or Releases
• Ability to effectively communicate project plans, risks, and outcomes.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience managing projects and programs in a complex cross-team environment.
• Experience with Agile Development, Design Thinking, and/or Security and Privacy by Design.
• Agile Scrum Master Certified preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• IBM Cloud Paks and certification process preferred.
• Development or engineering background preferred.
