What you'll do
Dive into the exciting world of data protection and work with various stakeholders on diverse topics.
Your tasks include:
- Introduce training concepts: Create and implement training materials that inspire.
- Create presentations: Get excited with data protection presentations for SAP Enterprise Cloud Services.
- Maintain information: Keep our wiki pages, SharePoint and MS Teams up to date.
- Create newsletter: Write exciting data protection relevant information.
- Support day-to-day activities: Help the Data Protection Office with day-to-day tasks and ad-hoc reports.
- Implement GDPR: Support our team in the implementation of GDPR requirements and support us in data-protection-relevant processes.
What you bring
- Studies: You are a student (f/m/d) in law, business administration, business informatics or a comparable degree program.
- Language skills: Proficiency in English is required, and German language skills are a plus.
- MS Office Skills: You master MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, and PowerBI.
- Problem solving: You think creatively and find unconventional solutions.
- Communication: You have excellent communication, presentation and networking skills.
- How you work: You work proactively, independently, and independently.
- Passion: You are curious, eager to learn and want to develop yourself constantly.
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
