This position involves 7 weeks of training: Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 18:30 Kyiv time (GMT+3). Upon completion of this training, work will be in shifts:
Morning shift from 06:00 to 14:30
Afternoon shift from 16:00 to 00:30
Night shift from 00:00 to 08:30
Work is organized based on a 5/2 schedule (five days on, two days off), and working days are not fixed.
Investigating player-reported game issues and responding to users’ questions via email or Zendesk chat
Processing bug reports and creating technical reports
Interacting with our in-house team of support agents
English language skills (written and spoken) at the upper-intermediate level or higher
Fluency in Ukrainian
Effective communication skills and understanding of customer communication principles
Desire to work in a team
Time management skills and the ability to multitask
Ukrainian citizenship or a work permit for Ukraine
Action shooter gaming experience
Knowledge of software testing and a deep understanding of the principles of bug report creation
Cooperation under gig contract
