Plarium External Player Support Agent

This position involves 7 weeks of training: Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 18:30 Kyiv time (GMT+3). Upon completion of this training, work will be in shifts:

1. Morning shift from 06:00 to 14:30

2. Afternoon shift from 16:00 to 00:30

3. Night shift from 00:00 to 08:30

Work is organized based on a 5/2 schedule (five days on, two days off), and working days are not fixed.

• Investigating player-reported game issues and responding to users’ questions via email or Zendesk chat

• Processing bug reports and creating technical reports

• Interacting with our in-house team of support agents

• English language skills (written and spoken) at the upper-intermediate level or higher

• Fluency in Ukrainian

• Effective communication skills and understanding of customer communication principles

• Desire to work in a team

• Time management skills and the ability to multitask

• Ukrainian citizenship or a work permit for Ukraine

• Action shooter gaming experience

• Knowledge of software testing and a deep understanding of the principles of bug report creation

• Cooperation under gig contract
