- 7 years of experience identifying issues in processes and creating solutions, and working with cross-functional teams to drive these changes.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree.
- Experience in dealing with ambiguity, achieving results in a fast-paced environment and continually adapting to changing business needs.
- Experience managing budgets and with business planning processes.
- Expertise in program/project management on cross-functional projects.
- Excellent communication skills, with ability to communicate effectively with multiple levels including executive leadership team, peers and managers.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, including modeling and presentation skills, and ability to create dashboards and manage complex dashboard integration.
