Junior Accounting Specialist - Statutory Reporting

Our Statutory Reporting professionals are involved in preparation of required statutory financial statements or other financial information. Our Statutory Reporting teams combine a blend of central and country expertise to prepare globally consistent group to local GAAP bridging packs and to deliver a consistent and standardized financial statement preparation process.

Your key responsibilities

• Preparing of standardized Group GAAP to Local GAAP bridging adjustments for multi-country engagements within central technology
• Preparing of supporting methodology documentation for Group GAAP to Local GAAP bridge
• Adherence to the compliance calendar of client to ensure smooth finalization of books and statutory reporting

Skills and attributes for success

• Good communication skills in Business English and Polish – written and spoken
• Good work organization, initiative and commitment
• Willingness to learn and develop within team player mentality

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Bachelor's degree in Economics or Accounting or equivalent

• Basic knowledge of tax and accounting processes and accounting principles (IFRS, US GAAP knowledge is an asset)
• Microsoft Office knowledge and Excel skills
• The interview sesssion is conducted face to face in our Warsaw office - willingness to participate

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Experience in preparation or review of Financial Statements is an asset
