Senior HR Partner
As a Senior Regional HR Partner at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in providing comprehensive HR support to our customers. You will have a significant impact on the organization by working with business leaders to drive employee engagement, foster a positive work culture, and drive strategies to support the development and retention of our talented workforce.
You will report to the Sr HR Manager and work out of the Bracknell site on a Hybrid 3:2 work schedule. You will be responsible for managing various HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and HR policies. Your expertise in HR practices and regulations will ensure compliance and drive the success of our HR initiatives. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement regional HR strategies that support our business objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Provide a broad range of HR support actions for achieving business objectives, including talent management, organization effectiveness (change management, leader effectiveness, organization design), and employee engagement.
· Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to support the long-term business objectives.
· Partner with Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence to ensure flawless execution of the staffing process at all levels of the organization.
· Manage employee relations, including handling employee inquiries, investigations, and conflict resolution.
· Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
